Welcome to the Hadiyyam seller community! We're excited to have you. Here's a guide to help you get started with selling your unique products to a global audience.

How to Start Selling

Becoming a seller is a straightforward process designed to ensure a high-quality marketplace. Follow these steps to begin your journey.

Apply to be a Seller: First, a user must apply to become a seller by navigating to the "Become a Seller" page and filling out the application form. This requires them to be logged into their account.
Wait for Approval: Once the application is submitted, an administrator reviews it through the Admin Dashboard. You will be notified via email about the status of your application.
List Products: After the application is approved, the user gains access to the "Seller Dashboard." From there, they can navigate to the "Products" section and use the "Product Builder" to create new product listings for the marketplace.

Fees

It's free to list an item on Hadiyyam. When you make a sale, we charge a small transaction fee. This helps us run our platform and provide you with tools, support, and a global audience for your products.

Getting Paid

We process payments through a secure system. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, the funds will be transferred to your connected bank account or payment method after a short processing period. You can manage your payout methods from your Seller Dashboard.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping your items to the buyer. You can set your own shipping prices and processing times in the Product Builder. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure a smooth delivery and to be eligible for Seller Protection.

Seller Protection

Hadiyyam offers seller protection for qualifying orders. This helps protect you against fraudulent chargebacks and other issues that may arise. To be eligible, ensure you follow our seller policies, provide accurate product descriptions, and use tracked shipping.
